Already So Cool at 6 Months Old

Being outside is already an instant cure-all for Henry. He just had his 6 month pictures made and in between changing his outfits, momma had to take him outside to get him back in good humor. He was much more interested in eating the tulle and the props than having his picture made.

YUCK!

These pics say it all! Henry had his first taste of real people food - sweet potatoes! Ok, well, "real" people would add lots of butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows, but not Hankypoo, he had it straight up like a real man. He was not impressed. They tell me it's an acquired taste...

The Poo Man at 6600 feet!

Henry went on his first vacation with the mom and pops for their 5th wedding anniversary. He was fabulously good on the road trip and all the sight seeing. This is Henry and Dad on top of Clingman's Dome in the Smoky Mountains. We were not really dressed for the occasion. It was 88 degrees at the bottom of the mountain and 60 degrees at the top not including the wind chill. Henry didn't seem to mind as much as Mom and Dad!

Henry's fabulous babysitter and her family went to Walt Disney World for a week on vacation and brought back Henry a Dumbo rattle and some Mickey ears!

Henry has been eating his cereal with a big-boy spoon like a champ! He already thinks his mom is the best cook in the whole world!
